  • If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • If you are approved for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos of the damage or defect, as well as your order details. We will assess the issue and provide you with further instructions.

If the item is deemed to be damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error or shipping mishap, we will provide a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for returns or refunds, but please note that the sale price will be refunded rather than the original price. If you wish to exchange a sale item, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that availability may be limited.

Final sale items, marked as “clearance” or “final sale,” cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
